I called to request a quote and they showed up the same day. This was before it got really busy. They were very responsive via email and phone. They provided the quote really fast and were able to schedule me. Within 3 weeks my AC was installed and running. They were working all day, but they did an amazing job and the work looks very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an AC installation.

I needed AC and a new high-efficiency furnace installed in my house. After obtaining quotes from some bigger HVAC companies in the Bellingham area, I talked to Leo. He spent ample time assessing my needs and what would be necessary for the job - and his quote was about a third less than anyone else's. Wow. Leo and Aaron went above and beyond to ensure an outstanding install, and Leo's follow-up after the job was also great. I'm now enjoying my new system feeling relieved that I didn't overspend. Highly recommended!

From the time we contacted Reliance to the date of the install, and even after the install, we had a great experience. Leo was quick to respond and work us in for an estimate, and got us in for the install within 2 weeks. He was there when he said he would be, and communicated pro-actively. Leo also researched a heat pump rebate for us & brought the rebate forms to us pre-filled out. We love our new heat pump, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to Reliance Heating to anyone.

Best customer service ever and the best prices around! We needed an air conditioning system quickly - it was getting too hot! Reliance's estimate was well under what everyone else that quoted me. Reliance was quick, efficient and personable. If you are looking for someone honest and trustworthy who will give you a good deal and a fair price - you should definitely use Reliance heating.
